Horrible customer service. Time to hire adults.
1 customer in the place already eating. We ordered by phone in hopes that we could run in and go. The register girl had no clue about the Facebook special or what planet we were on. But when i ordered on the phone she said yeah ok.....duh. Then when we got there she says to me that,"uhhh that's not really a thing". Really....??? I just made it up to get a free sandwich. What a pin head. The cook fixed it but we had to wait another 20 minutes for the food. This was a great place when they opened but took a crazy dive in the toilet. I shouldn't have to pull up the Jake's Facebook post to prove the special. What a joke. I will be going to the Kennett Jakes from now on.November 23, 2016
